Remarkable 1935 Luffwaffe sword.
This early Luftwaffe Sword [Air Force] is in near mint condition. Model 1935. The total length is 93.5 cm. The Sword has maker mark on the blade Paul Weyersberg Solingen.
Very clean nickel-plated steel blade showing stamp “Paul Weyersberg Solingen” and being in stone Mint condition, with highest quality nickel-plated surfaces. The original blue leather blade washer is in place, in good condition.
Blue leather finished handle and scabbard. Intact wire wrapping. Nickel-silver types fittings with slight toning. The pommel and crossguard show a sunwheel swastika on both sides in bright gold finish.
All screws of the scabbard are in place. Includes the blue leather hanger all leather is very clean retaining nearly all of its original finish.
