Nice near mint condition Naval Officers Sabre, model 1882.  Overall lenght 90 sm. Also called “Sabre Lieutenant at Sea”. Dating around 1890. Manufactured by Pauwels&Co Amsterdam Rotterdam. Ivory bone handle have just few small cracks, but still in beautiful condition. Nice gilded fittings, sea-motifs eatched blade with small traces of wear. Black leather scabbard without visible damages. Completed matching portopee consist of braided silver cord and tassel of appr 30 silver bouillons with an orange heart from silk cords. This portopee as usual intended from Lieutenant at Sea First Class rank.
